Sue blueberry picking
By early September the bountiful harvests are coming in from the farms and we have a huge variety of fresh vegetables and fruits to use in our kitchens. This week we are featuring a special vegetarian menu (in additoon to our regular menu). We always use a lot of wild rice and blueberries from the northwoods, but in addition we will be working up some new tasty menu items using various root vegetables and the additional fruits that are in the markets.
