Just sit back and let us stuff you with foods of the northwoods for the weekend. This is our opportunity to
share with you some of the foods we have enjoyed for years as natives up north. The biggest treats will be Friday
and Saturday evenings, where we will offer you entrée choices that include venison, elk, wild rice, smoked fish,
double smoked ham, blueberry pies, cold water trout, Canadian walleye, pickled herring, and more. People have
asked us for years how we have roughed it through our winters up north, and now we will share some of our
culinary secrets with you….which goes to prove life hasn't been too bad for us with a regular diet of the foods of
the north.
Includes: 2 nights accommodations in a lakeside fireplace cabin, all meals, cross country skis and snowshoe
rentals, and all our guided naturalist activities. Taxes and ski passes are additional.
