This is the weekend we get to show off some of our seafood
recipes to ensure you will get your fill of walleye, shrimp,
scallops, salmon, and more. You will have seafood choices for
all meals (plus other entrees if we get you on overload). We
will be initiating our new fire pit with a walleye cookout, plus
fresh bread coming from our brick bake oven.
Our primary emphasis will naturally be walleye—from a
walleye trappers breakfast, to our special walleye chowder, to
our beer batter walleye with sweet and sour mango sauce, to
baked pecan crusted, to sautéed with almonds, etc. To mix it
up a bit, we will have a mixed seafood and linguini, smoked
salmon, and sautéed scallops. About the only thing we have
not figured out how to do yet is work walleye into one of our
desserts.
Includes: 2 nights accommodations, all meals with a seafood
overload, canoes and our guided naturalist activities.
