90 Minute Massage
Our massage therapists offer a number of different massage treatments to suit your needs.
Swedish Massage: 30 minutes $45 | 60 minutes $95 | 90 minutes $120
Used to help with general pain, limited range of motion, and muscle tension. This is the most common modality of massage used in the United States because of its relaxing nature and positive results.
Thai Massage: 30 minutes $45 | 60 minutes $95 | 90 minutes $120
Performed on a futon or mat with the client fully clothed. This non-invasive practice is used to promote positive energy flow in the body through use of stretches and “sen” points used in traditional Thai medicine. The pace used in Thai Massage promotes relaxation, while the stretches give a sense of energy to the client.
Deep Tissue Massage: 30 minutes $45 | 60 minutes $95 | 90 minutes $120
Similar to the Swedish Massage, but allows for more pressure to reach the deeper muscles and tendons in the body. If there is a build-up of scar tissue or fibrosis, deep tissue massage can be beneficial to restore mobility and break up these deep adhesions.
Oncology Massage: 30 minutes $45 | 60 minutes $95 | 90 minutes $120
For when a person is dealing with sever trauma to their body, other modalities can make them feel worse. Making use of Polarity and Reflexology, this provides the positive, gentle touch that can help to promote rest, and taking the time out to do something good for yourself.
Indian Head Massage: 30 minutes $45
A chair massage treatment based on the Ayurvedic healing system. It focuses on restoring flexibility and range of motion in the neck and upper shoulders. This modality will be perfect for anyone who wants the focus area of the upper body that are the most common for fibrous knots.
Expecting Mothers Massage: 30 minutes $45
This massage is for women who would like some time to relax and gain some relief from bodily discomfort. This is all done on your side with pillows to help support a comfortable position. Please be sure massage is cleared by your obstetrician before signing up.
Dockside Chair Massage: 20 minutes $20 (weather permitting)
Offering a first come, first serve massage on the dock on Saturdays from 1 pm – 4 pm. No reservations necessary, just sign up with the massage therapist outside.
Massage Policies: Please come to your massage with good hygiene. The full price of the massage will be charged for those who cancel after 9am the day of the appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to the massage, it is also considered a cancelled appointment. Massage Therapy is not advised for clients who are sick or have a contagious skin condition, you would be asked to reschedule your appointment if you arrive ill.
